Privacy Policy

We collect the account details, creative briefs, and book assets needed to provide BookSpokesperson. Before registration, a secure browser session keeps your guest projects together and enforces the free-preview allowance. If you purchase, the email supplied through Stripe is used to create or locate your account and deliver the receipt and password-setup link. We use this information to operate the service, secure accounts, communicate about projects, measure the product funnel, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Your project files

Uploaded covers and project details are stored for your account and are not sold. We may process the minimum necessary material through service providers used to generate, transcribe, quality-check, and deliver the requested media. Project media remains private unless you explicitly opt a finished video into Recent Creations.

Optional public showcase

When you opt in, a separate public copy of the finished video, its poster frame, book title, and author name may appear on the homepage. You can withdraw that permission from the project page, which removes the public showcase copy.

Analytics and communications

We may collect ordinary technical information such as browser, device, referring page, campaign parameters, and product-stage events. Transactional messages may be sent about account security, purchases, and project status. Optional marketing messages include an unsubscribe link.

Contact and deletion requests

Questions or requests concerning your personal information can be sent through our contact page. We may need to verify account ownership before completing an access or deletion request.
