Terms of Use

BookSpokesperson is a creative production service for generating synthetic spokesperson videos. You must own or have permission to use every book cover, image, script, trademark, and other asset you submit.

Synthetic presenters

Presenters are synthetic characters. They are not real customers, reviewers, celebrities, or endorsers. You may not impersonate a real person, fabricate a real person’s endorsement, or mislead viewers about genuine product experience.

Content

You remain responsible for your claims and for complying with advertising, intellectual-property, platform, and disclosure requirements. We may refuse unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing projects.

Payments, credits, and corrections

You may create up to three free book-in-hand casting previews after confirming your email with an inline code. No password or payment is required for the free preview. Three editable script concepts may be created for a project before payment. Purchased videos include locally reformatted vertical, square, and wide MP4 files plus optional SRT and VTT caption files. These derived formats preserve the approved vertical performance and are not separate native model generations. Finished videos and video-credit bundles are one-time purchases at the price shown before Stripe Checkout. Video credits, casting previews, and redo time have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold.

Detected wording, transcription, or continuity errors may be corrected without using redo time. Creative changes and rerenders use the redo-time balance shown in the account. Because generative media varies, we do not promise that every generation will be identical or error-free. If we cannot produce a usable video from an accepted paid project after reasonable correction attempts, contact us so we can review the work and available remedy.

Recent Creations

If you explicitly choose to feature a finished video, you grant us permission to display a public showcase copy with the book title and author name on BookSpokesperson. Participation is optional and you can remove the showcase copy from the project page.
